Description

The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for the growth and management of a single business unit within a Fortune 100 Global account. New sales opportunities and revenue growth will come from solution selling and successfully communicating the value proposition associated with solutions that involve our MPLS, IP Telephony, Managed Services, Security Services, Call Center Solutions and CPE offerings. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for directing activities of the account team that fosters an environment that exceeds the customers expectations in the area of overall satisfaction with VZB solutions. This Sr. Account Manager may also be asked to work on other sales opportunities with other business units, of the same corporation, in partnership with other account managers or sales management team members.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent and ten years in the telecommunications industry to include direct sales account experience, working with large, complex accounts requiring application development and technical design. Requires in-depth understanding of Verizon Business services/products and network. Must have proven track record of exceeding annual revenue plan. Experience proposing and implementing Verizon Wireless solutions. 7+ years sales experience in fast paced, changing environment. Prior Telecom Experience.
