Description

A leading global investment manager is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to join their Boston-based institutional sales team.

In this position, the Associate will support sales and client service initiatives in North America by providing both oral and written communication to clients and consultants, updating and maintaining consultant databases, coordinating the completion of RFP’s with the collaboration of the RFP team, creating and managing a data library, interacting and communicating effectively with intra-departments to facilitate the completion of customized presentations, clear and relevant product marketing materials and other data for sales distribution.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 2-3 years related experience with RFP’s and consultant databases, a solid understanding of institutional investment markets, equity and fixed income investment products, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong analytical and project management aptitude, be detail-orientated with an ability to produce within a time constraint and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
